Cancellation Policy

At Achari Zaika, we strive to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience. Below are the terms for order cancellations:

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at support@acharizaika.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9115133454 with your order details.
  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation after Dispatch

  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Since we deal in food products, we cannot accept cancellations once the product has left our facility for hygiene and safety reasons.

Cancellation by Achari Zaika

We reserve the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as:

  • An incorrect/Incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Payment not received/Payment gateway issues.

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
