Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns of food products once delivered due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  1. The order was cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
  2. The product was damaged during transit.
  3. The customer received the wrong product.
